Baldacci presented this year’s Excellence in International Trade and Investment awards at the Maine International Trade Day 2008 held at the Holiday Inn in Portland.  Recipients were businesses or individuals who have demonstrated outstanding success in international trade, and are given in four categories: Exporter of the Year, Service Provider of the Year, Innovator of the Year, and Foreign Investor of the Year.
