Linck began production of sawmill machinery in 1840 in the town of Oberkirch in Southwest Germany. In the 1970s, Linck invented and patented the profiling line, revolutionizing European sawmilling. Linck is the largest European sawmill machinery manufacturer with over 170 profiling lines installed.
